Free Worldwide Shipping Policy

We believe that location should not be a limiting factor for access to our jewelry and so we free Express Shipping on all orders (no matter the price) for customers within the USA and free Express International Shipping on all orders over $1000. However, we know that not all international customers that shop with us will be ready to spend $1000 with us on a single purchase. Thus, we are happy to introduce our new subsidized shipping rates! (see our international shipping section)

Our other shipping options for customers located in the United States are as follows:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Customers

Since import duties, taxes and other miscellaneous charges vary from country to country they are not included in our pricing. Thus, when you (or the recipient) receive your jewelry, you may have to pay customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after your jewelry has arrived at your address or a pickup location. In addition, any and all additional charges are your responsibility (the recipient) as we have no control or knowledge of these government-imposed charges. For this reason, we will also be unable to offer any advice about taxes in your country.

We are required to report the value of your jewelry (meaning the order value) on your country's customs form so it can be delivered to your address. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. Please note that it is also your responsibility to know if jewelry is legal in your country (which it should be) as if it is held in customs as contraband there is nothing we can do to get it released and issue a refund.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges as most carriers will only hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. If you do not collect your jewelry before it's returned, we will have to deduct the additional fees from your refund so that it can be returned to us.

If we are charged for your taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund since, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.

 

Damages:

    • Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
    • If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get repairs or replacements for anything that's damaged.  
    • If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please use our return portal and send photos and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Package has excessive damage with exposed product

  • Refuse shipment
  • Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”
  • Notify us immediately via email or through our returns portal.
